The postdoc mobility research at LexFEIM laboratory encompasses assessing the contemporary landscape of human rights protection in Kazakhstan and evaluate existing challenges, examining relevant national and international legal frameworks designed to uphold human rights, investigating the contribution of newly established legal institutions to human rights protection, formulating scholarly recommendations for enhancing human rights protection strategies.
